Shucks Bar offers a fresh seafood experience on the Manly Esplanade. With industrial interiors inspired by a New Orleans oyster shack, we offer an extensive menu underpinned by local and interstate oysters freshly opened on site, together with Chef’s selection of a unique selection of cooked and cured dishes, and warm and cold share plates featuring local produce. A selection of unique desserts is also offered as the perfect end to grazing.
 
Complemented by an amazing wine list focused on small batch, minimal intervention wines, made from family-owned vineyards.
